This was the mobile that gave birth to Flensted Mobiles. Early summer 1954, Grethe and Christian Flensted's daughter, Mette, was baptised. From paper and straw, Christian made a mobile with three circling storks, which was hung over the cot of the new-born daughter. Friends and family found it very attractive, so Christian put the mobile "into production" and named it DANISH LUCKY STORKS. An ideal greeting to the expectant mother or a "welcome" to hang above the cot. Easy to send.
